Through guided sessions, students were allowed to explore these changes in a safe and respectful environment.

Building Healthy Habits Through a Meaningful Dental Care Programme

Developing good oral hygiene habits from a young age is essential for long-term health and confidence. To support this, we organised a Dental Care Programme that combined both education and practical care.
The programme included a dental health awareness talk, where students learned about the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene and how simple daily habits such as proper brushing and regular care can help protect their teeth. The session also encouraged students to take greater responsibility for their personal health.
