Graduation 2026: Celebrating Growth, Gratitude and Memories

On 10 October 2026, Peninsula Private School celebrated the Primary 6 and Secondary 5 graduating students, bringing together students, teachers and families for a day of performances, reflections and appreciation.

The celebration featured performances from different year groups, beginning with the Primary 3 Choir, who performed Kita Usahakan Lagi. Form 1 student Lucas Yong Yew followed with a drum performance, while the Primary 4 students brought energy to the stage with a lively dance performance.

The programme also gave the graduating students an opportunity to reflect on their years at PPS. The Secondary 5 students took to the stage to share their speeches, recalling the experiences, friendships and challenges they had encountered throughout their school years.

As they spoke about their time at school and expressed their appreciation to their teachers, friends and families, some students became tearful. Their speeches offered a personal glimpse into the experiences and relationships that had become an important part of their time at PPS.

The celebration concluded with a traditional tea ceremony, where the graduating students served tea to their parents as a gesture of gratitude. It was an opportunity to recognise the support, encouragement and sacrifices their parents had given throughout their years of schooling.

For the families and teachers present, the occasion also marked an opportunity to celebrate how much the students had grown. From their early years in Primary School to their final year of Secondary School, each student has experienced new challenges, formed friendships and developed skills and confidence along the way.

At Peninsula Private School, learning extends beyond academic achievement. The experiences students gain through school life — from taking part in performances and activities to working with others and expressing themselves — contribute to their growth as individuals.

As the Primary 6 and Secondary 5 students complete this stage of their education, they take with them the knowledge, friendships and memories they have built along the way.

Congratulations to the Graduating Classes of 2026. We wish you every success in the years ahead.
