Merdeka Through Young Eyes: Peninsula Private School Celebrates Sambutan Kemerdekaan 2026
Merdeka is more than a date on the calendar. It is an opportunity for young people to understand the history, values and shared responsibility behind the nation they are growing up in. On 28 August 2026, Peninsula Private School celebrated Sambutan Kemerdekaan 2026 with students from both Primary and Secondary levels. The school-wide celebration encouraged students to explore Malaysia’s history and cultural heritage while reflecting on the values of patriotism, unity, cooperation and mutual respect. A total of 192 students took part in the celebration.
